More to come

Hi everyone- We just returned from a long weekend on the South Coast with our friends the Passaros.  Playing in the Indian Ocean was a great way to celebrate Rachel’s 11th birthday!  Unfortunately while we were there Ruthie developed a high fever, and now I have it.  So, I will post more later and show you the great pictures of the kids swimming in large waves.  Yikes.

Kristin, I’m hoping the fever will be short lived for both of you. What a terrific birthday memory for Rachel.

We’ll be praying for a speedy recovery for you while we’re trying not to be jealous that it’s swimming weather there!

    Hi Honey,

Sounds like the weekend was terrific; disappointed to hear Ruthie was sick and now you. Are they ordinary virus’ there, or something more complicated? Hope Ruthie and you are both seeing a quick recovery. We continue to pray. Love you, Mom & Dad

I’m sorry that you are sick again. I hope Ruthie is feeling better and that it will be short lived for you. It sounds like a nice weekend you had though. I hope you were able to enjoy it. Feel better! Love you.

Kristin, glad to hear that you are faring well in South Africa, except for your recent fever episode. We have been praying for each of you. Today I am watching David and Jessica Manson while John and Vanessa plan Virginia’s funeral service. It is 50 degrees and beginning to look like spring. They are exploring the backyard with Sayer. We have had Alex here too while Scott and Angela are in China. It is a blessing to serve my brothers and sisters in Bridgewater! We miss you all and are thankful for your blogging efforts. I know it is probably difficult to keep up with, but you are doing great! Our girls are doing well at Redeemer and we know it was a good choice, especially now with my neck diagnosis. We are still praying about how to proceed. We desire to avoid the surgery they want to perform. We will try to SKYPE soon , too much to catch up on! Love to you all! Keary
